At Mangel, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:

The product must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

All original packaging, accessories, and included items must accompany the return.

A return request must be submitted to our Customer Support Team before sending any item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days. A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Please do not return products to the original shipping address unless instructed by our support team.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be resent.
If you choose not to receive a reshipment, we may issue a refund for the product value only. Original shipping fees, insurance, expedited processing charges, and any applicable restocking fee are non-refundable.
Lost or Undeliverable Returns
In rare situations where a returned package is lost, refused by the carrier, or cannot be recovered before reaching our warehouse, Mangel may offer store credit at its sole discretion.
Store credit, when approved, may be issued for up to 50% of the original purchase value.
Order Cancellations
Many of our products are prepared specifically after an order is placed.
For this reason, orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production or fulfillment may have already started, making changes unavailable.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Products sold as clearance, final sale, or promotional merchandise are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns unless required by applicable law.
These products may not include their original packaging and are sold as-is.
Return Period
Requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 7 days after the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for approval.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by Mangel.
