Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we work closely with our shipping partners, Mangel cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package. If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, the refund will exclude the original shipping costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
