Returns & Exchanges
At Mangel, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to make the resolution process simple and efficient.
Products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and any included components.
Please note that requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be approved.
Returns based solely on personal preference, accidental purchases, or a change of mind are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Our support specialists will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
If your request is approved, you will receive complete return instructions along with an authorized return shipping label.
Returned items must only be shipped using the label and instructions provided by Mangel. Please do not send products to the original shipping address shown on the package.
After We Receive Your Return
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return requirements.
If approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

A refund issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or
-
A replacement product shipped within approximately 72 hours after approval.
Missing Deliveries
If the shipping carrier's tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, we may request additional documentation before processing a replacement.
Customers may be asked to provide a claim or investigation reference issued by the local postal service or shipping carrier.
After the claim has been reviewed, and if the loss is confirmed, Mangel will determine the appropriate resolution, including a replacement when applicable.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.
This amount will be deducted from the total refund before it is issued.
